Who We are
Established in 1975, we have consistently provided the Indian industry with power factor correction capacitors/shunt capacitors known for their extra-long working life. Due to our high-quality standards and superior raw materials, these capacitors are in high demand across various regions in the country and around the world.
LT All-PP Capacitor Unit:
Our capacitor units are manufactured in capacities ranging from 3 KVAr to 50 KVAr, with voltage ratings of 415V, 440V, 480V, and 525V. Larger capacitor banks are created by connecting these units in parallel, tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Bare capacitor units are utilized within automatic power factor correction panels.

Design Excellence
Malde has all the requisite plant & machinery for manufacturing of all types of L. T. Power Capacitors in Dust free air conditioned winding and stacking room – CLASS 100 Cleanliness. The heart of capacitor is an element wound in winding Room. The room is pressurized & has double door arrangement. This results in low in-house and field rejection, thereby enhancing reliability.
This process results in a completely void-free impregnation that is electrically robust. Such capacitors can last for 30 to 50 years. The capacitors are hermetically sealed, painted, and aged through heating and cooling. Malde capacitors are known for their very long working life, with individual built-in fuses for each wound element.
